One night stand woes

Got back from a deployment recently, the band at the bar we were at said so and I drank free all night and ended up in bed with a girl, and like a moron didn't protect myself.
10 days later I wasn't feeling so hot, didn't take a temp or anything but I felt a little stuffy and achy and noticed an itch about halfway down the shaft of my penis. I also noticed a really minute quantity of cloudy discharge if I milked my penis from the base to the head. No pain or irritation while urinating, no vesicles, or blisters or anything like that, but it's only been 12 days now. I do see a small white bump on the underside of my penis about halfway down, about the size of mechanical pencil lead, I never saw it before but I've never really gone inspecting my gear before either so I wouldn't have noticed it until now.
I went and saw a PA locally and got the 'silver bullet' for trich and clamydia, and had a blood draw and urinalysis done but it takes 10 days.
I know it's not much to go on, but does this sound like natural selection working and I picked up herpes?

I also had one of these after my exposure to a girl from Holland while in the dominican (they should hand out free condoms in any resort that gives out free booze..but regardless).  Showed it to my doc and they said it was a wart and froze it..so maybe that's it.
