STDs risk help

I had an encounter today that the guy sucked me for a brief seconds. After that, I noticed that there is a bump/blister on his balls. (Canker of syphilis?)
What is the chances of getting Stds of receiving blowjob from him?
Please help cause i am very worried

Canker sores appear in the mouth, not on the genitals, so it's not that.

Not knowing what it looked like, I can't begin to say what it was, but if you weren't exposed to his genitals, and he didn't have symptoms in his mouth, there's no risk here.
