Oral sex oral herpes?

Hi I performed oral sex on a guy the next days mouth felt tingly I went for an std test 4 days later for herpes hiv all of that everything was negative I've been scared that I have herpes there are no sores no tuning everything is normal other than the on and off again light really light burning tingly feeling I  have around my mouth and outside cheeks my doctor said that I'm find I'm just paranoid  of what she said I can test in 6weeks am I ok just paranoid? Could he have damage a nerve or muscle in my mouth causing the burning tingly reaction? I tested negative for both types of herpes was 4 days to soon?  The oral sex happend Thursday night 8/21 I got tested 8/25 that Monday

yes to early but nothing to be overly worried about. Even with sore present and direct skin contact is made, folks dont contact herpes. Takes a special type of rubbing and area to force the virus into the nerve.

Hi, no std creates symptoms the next day and contracting herpes from a onetime low risk activity when no penis sores were visible is not something to be overly concerned about. 8 weeks would be a good indicator and 3 months conclusive.
