burning sensation post intercourse

I have been with my boyfriend for a couple months now and we are getting very serious. I have always been careful with sex and getting tested for STDs. He has also. I have seen two open flat circle like dots on my bakini line post shaving but i assume they are ingrown hairs because they go away in a day or two and it only happened after i shave. But for a week now his penis has been getting irritated after we have sex. It started burning towards the tip and he says it burns on the inside. It went away and we continued to have sex more than once a day. Now a week later it has been constantly hurting him for 3 days so we stopped having sex durning that time to see if it was just from having a lot of sex. It does not hurt him now but now my vagina is irritated. It is very slight sort of burn/tingle around the beginning of my vagina. I have been diagnosed with HPV a couple years ago and my gynocologist said I no longer have any trace of abnormal cells. I have had yeast infections before but it had not felt like this. I am worried for myself and my partner. He refuses to go to the doctor because he thinks it is because my vagina is very tight and sometimes not as wet which can produce some pain. Any help would be great! Thanks!

Hello

His tingling feelings he gets after sex can be "normal", or what I like to call, sensitive urethra to your vaginal fluids.  Also a non lubricated and tighten vaginal might contribute to the irritation but not as much as the body-fluid chemical aspect.   In a way its normal, and in a way not really; because its happen to me before.   With an ex gf of mine I couldn't have unprotected sex with her because my urethra would get irritated.  She didn't believe me of course.  She claimed she was STD free --which I believed.  I don't know what to say about this.  Its just unfortunate it happens in some men and it doesn't happen at all to some.  lol.. and sometimes the guy is blaming the woman ... when you can get these symptoms from oral sex.

Now when I have hot unprotected sex with my current gf, nothing happens.  Absolutely nothing happens.
