Oral sex without a condom

Hi all - about 4 months ago I received and gave unprotected oral sex. I'm a male and the other person is a female. I've had 3 10 test panels done and have tested negative all three times (Days 6, 30, 80).

In the last 2 months I've been experiencing throat soreness and I feel like my glands are swollen. I'm worried that it has something to do with this encounter. I've also been extremely fatigued for the past few months. No other signs or symptoms exist (no sores, nothing unusual in genital area, etc)

My primary checked my glands and didn't notice any swelling even though i feel like they're swollen. I did have a tooth infection a few months ago and I'm thinking I may still be feeling remnants of that. I do have a lot of stress and anxiety and he prescribed me Zoluft.

Would the 10 panel blood test have picked up on any Oral STI I may have contracted or do I need to go get a test that takes a swab?

Also, we are terrible at determining our own swollen glands.

Get oral swabs for chlamydia and gonorrhea and put this matter behind you.

Ah, I answered your last (keep everything in a single post).

Oral STIs are uncommon and even more so female to male. your symptoms are most likely anxiety but a swab is the only way to test for chlamydia and gono in the throat.
