Very scared, pls help

I did a very bad thing and was very intoxicated on New Year's (around 3 or 4 am) and had sexual relations (protected) with a commercial sex worker (CSW). The one thing that really concerned me is that she happened to be on her menstrual cycle. She was african-american, may have had some tattoos, was smoking marijuana, but am uncertain if she is an IV-drug user, or if she has any STDs or is infected with the HIV virus. I am very scared that I contracted something, and need to know what I should do in terms of testing to make sure I am 110% safe. Today I went to the Dr and got blood taken and gave a urine sample for them to test me for HIV, chlamydia, HSV I & II, Gonorrhea, all the Hepatitis', and Syphillis. Do I need to be tested for anything else? Since the exposure was only 48 hrs ago, when should I get re-tested to make sure I am 100% safe. I am engaged and getting married in April, and obviously want to make sure not to pass anything along if I do end up having something. So far no symptoms to date (knock on wood), but when potentially would symptoms start to show on any potential STD? I want to know what I can do for peace of mind sake, because I am feeling extremely guilty and pretty much feel like I am the worst person ever right now. PLEASE HELP

Howdy.
Good that you used a condom.
Gonorrhea and chlamydia tests were probably reliable when it comes to incubation time, however, proper use of condom already eliminates possibility for either of those two. As it does to pretty much everything else as well, hepatitis, syphilis, HIV etc. Tiny change for herpes, but not really. Practically condom is efficient to prevent herpes.

Probably the expert docs would not have recommended any testing at all, although I do not know if menstruating has any affect to the situation. Probably not. Maybe only if lots of blood was involved and you had a BIG FRESH cut on you - this might make HIV transmission more likely, but only if she had HIV in the first place. Most likely she didn't, as she wears a rubber with customers.

Despite the two I mentioned earlier, you'd need to wait at least 6 weeks to get a more reliable results for your STD blood tests. But like having said already, safe sex is - guess what - safe! :D

Take care. Be a good boy from now on ;)
