Pain in my navel around my penis head

My first time having sex February, 2008 which is this year after two the 3 day's after I felt a tickling pain it tickled so much I use to get erection. two week later I felt a sharp pain around the rim of my penis .It feel like a sharp tickling burning sensation that will not go away. At times my penis would act funny my penis head would sometime get swollen meaning it turn's cold at times. I had ignored it for a while until a burning/tickling sensation had appered around my navel<--{MArch}. So now I have a burning sensation around my rim of my penis and my navel . A couple months later the pain had increases I haven't seen no type of symptoms such as bumps or rashes as of yet ..I had went  to my doctor  numerous of times over the past couple of months. I had got an hiv test chlamydia gonorrhea syphilis all my results came negative I also had gotten antibiotics & still burning/tickling sensation...What scares me the most is my navel cause that tickling burning sensation got me paranoid ..My doctor prescribes me clotrimazole I used the hole bottle on my navel & penis it had stopped it for a while then it stopped Working. He also prescribe me some herpes medication zicromis Something like that I used 3 to 6 time a day around my navel and my penis still didn't stop it from burning....CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME HINT WHAT THESE COULD POSSIBLY BE DOC.. CAUSE THIS HAPPENED AS SOON AS I HAD SEX WITH MY FIRST GIRL AND THESE SYMPTOMS STARTED .

The other thing I would wonder is what kind of antibiotics they gave you, and has anyone done a urine culture.

I have no idea what it is, but enough time has passed for you to have a herpes blood test.  Ask your doctor for a type specific IgG blood test.  If its negative, you've at least ruled it out.

If its positive for either type - you can get type 1 or 2 genitally - then maybe you can try some antiviral medications in pill form, rather than cream which does little, and see if that helps.

If its not herpes, then you should see a urologist.
