Hi all,
I've been sexually active with the same person for over 2 years. I've had other partners, but don't conisder myself promiscuous, I've been monogamous with any relationship. I've also had 2 children, and am completely embarassed to say that though I know my anatomy.. I've never really checked everything out on my own. My last several exams have been fine. But I have noticed about 4 or 5 months ago few tiny bumps on the bottom of my vaginal opening, where it meets the perenial area. They don't seem to get any larger or really itch or anything, and if i run my finger across them they amost feel flat. They are lighter than the surrounding skin, but I'm guessing moisture may be to blame for that, as they don't always seem to be. I also have noticed my labia is definitely not smooth (although everything feels the same) it's just maybe been this way all this time and i've not noticed. I did have stitches from tearing with both births, but I can't seem to find a lot of information as to how skin appears once it's healed. I can't say that it is or isn't HPV, and the more I read somehow the less I know as everyone's situation / outlook varies so. I am not really asking if I have it, I will find that one out fairly soon... I'm awaiting the appointment with the gyno, but am curious as to others' thoughts/ experiences. Thanks!
