Help!! gay sex with a man, worry about hiv and syphilis

Hi doctors,

Three months ago, I had protected anal sex and unprotected oral sex with a male stripper. I was the top. In the past three months, I had no obvious symptoms, shall i worry about syphilis or hiv?

Or is there any other disease that I should worry about?

Thank you so much. I am really worried!

low risk normally means not to worry unless you get symptoms, or if you have a partner to test just to make sure.

does low risk mean I still need to get test or I can wait until there's a symptom or something and then get test?
I don't have any symptoms and I really wanna move on...

Syphilis is low risk, you can test at 6 weeks if you want.

HIV-please post in that forum.
