why am I positive and hes negative
hi my husband had an affair last year and we went to clinic for him to get tested and he can back posititve for Clymidia so I went and got tested and treated on same day as him... I also opted to get tested for all stds...
I have now got my results back and mine for gonorrhea has came back as detected.. is it possible for him to have had it and test to be negative as iv had to other sexual partners for over 9 years. Thank You

also make sure you were both tested for herpes too. it's not a part of routine std testing in most clinics unless you specifically ask for it.

He could have had it, passed it to you but in the mean time taken medication to cure it, or you got a false positive.
