Please help me!

So I had unprotected sex with a friend of mine 10 days ago. I trust her and had no reason to worry. Two days later, I started getting a yeast infection in the scrotum. At least I thought I did - I’ve had them before. Balls turned red, extremely itchy, and very uncomfortable. So I ping my doctor and he gives me terbinafine pills, 12 days worth. Have taken this before and didn’t think anything of it. Then, 4 days later, I feel a burning sensation after going to the bathroom. Unfortunately I was going out of town the next day, so I had a telehealth appt. Long story short, they give me cefpodoxime, azithromycin, and metronidazole. I’m guessing they gave me all three for possible chlamydia, gon, etc infections. So I took all 3 as instructed. It’s now 2-3 days later and I feel like the sensation is still there and I’m terrified! Is it possible the medications didn’t treat any of these? Not that I know for sure if I had them (I was never officially tested). Could it be a possible UTI? I know I probably need to see someone, but I’m on vacation with family and can’t make that work :( Maybe this is all in my head? Did I take these antibiotics too soon (6 days after sex)?

If someone could help me cut the paranoia out, I would be forever greatful :(

Not much we can say here.

Did you have a risk? Yes - you had unprotected sex. If you trust that she says she has nothing and not been with any one then happy days BUT

For your own piece of mind, get tested. The abx you have already had should clear it up anyway.

Thank you for your response and you’re absolutely right. I guess my biggest question was whether or not it’s possible to take medication/treatment too soon. For some reason I’m having a hard time finding answers about it.
No, it isn't.

For an example, they will give assault victims treatment in the emergency department just in case, often the same day as the exposure.

You took the antibiotics on day 5, it sounds like. That's fine.

It takes up to 7 days to work, so don't panic, plus you have a yeast infection, and antibiotics can make that worse. Give it another few days, and see how you feel. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, and avoid alcohol and caffeine.
Thank you so much, I really really appreciate the response. I guess I forgot to mention that afterwards, she mentioned they were in an open relationship where her spouse loves hearing about her experiences with others. I still think if she had something glaring, she would be honest and tell me. But these are the consequences when you choose to step outside of a relationship. So lesson learned for me!
You're welcome. :)
