If the person you are doing this to had a syphilis sore or herpes, it is possible to get that orally. It's far less likely to get herpes from giving oral sex/rimming than it is from receiving it, so I wouldn't worry about that.
If you didn't see a sore, chances are you didn't get syphilis, which is uncommon in most developed countries.
It is possible to get oral HPV, but most strains of HPV that affect the mouth are the ones that don't present with symptoms, and you'd never know you had them.
Gonorrhea and chlamydia are far less likely because nothing is landing in your throat, like it would if you were giving oral to someone with a penis.
I wouldn't worry about this at all.
If you have bleeding gums, see a dentist, but that doesn't really increase your risk here.
