Protected vagianal and brief unprotected oral

Hello, I am a male. On April 15 (yesterday), I had a very brief unprotected oral sex with a CSW in Singapore for around 1 or 2 seconds. Then I put a condom on and have both protected oral (about 1 min) and vaginal sex (about 20 mins). Am I at risk of contracting HIV and/or any STDs, especially syphilis? I feel guilty and pretty anxious since there is still a long time for me to be able to have STDs tested post-exposure.
I will greatly appreciate your help. Thank you very much!

First, this is the STD forum but will answer your HIV concern. You had no risk for HIV. It's transmitted by unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate it. Oral unprotected, oral protected and protected vaginal are all not risks for HIV transmission. With regards to std's, the risk was minimal. The condom during protected oral and protected vaginal provided a good amount of protection. While not completely, enough that most would tell you not to test unless you have symptoms. The brief unprotected oral was so short that it poses so little risk as well. If you do not get any symptoms, I wouldn't be concerned about this exposure. Glad you used a condom.

The only real risk could be Syphilis and other skin to skin STIs

Personally I would not worry about this and move on

Thanks for your reply. The girl just briefly licked the head of my penis. And there is no wound on it. Is it still risky for Syphilis since the transmission does not have to go through the wound on the penis?
Syphilis is uncommon in most developed countries, and with such a brief lick, I wouldn't worry at all about syphilis. Or any STI.

Oral sex is lower risk than vaginal or anal sex, and most experts don't think one act of oral sex warrants testing. Your risk here is very low. I wouldn't spend any more time worrying about this.
Hi, Jessi, thank you for your reply. It is reassuring.
You're welcome. :)
