Random discharges after inflamation of penis

Hey I was skateboarding in NYC the other day and for some reason my penis got extremely inflamed on the tip and became extremely sensitive along with swelling and redness.  My guess is the zipper from my pants was rubbing up on it.  But anyways, the reason why Im teling you this is a few days later i woke up and my penis had a sort of puss like semen looking fluid coming out of it.  it was only about the size of a pin head, but could this mean that i have an infection in there? Its been happening all day but it looks more like semen please somebody get back to me ASAP Im really neverous.  Thanks for reading .

It doesn't have to be all those things, and given that you are concerned enough to post about it, you should get it checked out.

Even if its just from irritation, if its infected, you want to get it checked.

okay.  It doesn't burn when I pee though, and its not like a thick liquid it looks semen.  I did have sex a little over month ago, but I asked the girl and she said that she went to the gino only a couple days prior and she was fine.  I personally think that when it was inflamed, it was sort of like an open wound and was open to an infection.  Thus causing my discharge.  But im not a doctor so what do i know.  Im only in my first year of college, o i really hope i am fine.

You had symptoms, so yes it could be gonorrhea.

Yes, it could mean an infection, and you need to go to the doctor or clinic.  Don't wait on it, ok?  It won't just get better on its own.
