Reality of clearing HPV and warts? Sex with HPV?

I had a one night stand with a woman that had an irregular pap smear with a high chance of being HPV related.

A month after our encounter I developed a tiny growth on my shaft and I've had that for 7 months already. No one could tell me if it was HPV or non-HPV related, Unless I get a biopsy. I'm too scared for that. So I have decided to wait and see if it disappears within the 2 year mark without treatment BUT I recently discovered several smaller growths on my penis head and it's starting to make me very upset. I'm a constant masturbator so I'm assuming I'm spreading it to myself more.

i started taking multivitamins to help my immune system but i doubt I'll clear it if I'm getting more growths after 8 months..

I also have a new partner that's vaccinated for HPV and we've been having unprotected vaginal sex. Is it okay to have oral sex or will i pass my genital warts to her or just my mouth? I am not vaccinated for HPV.

I stumbled across a HPV experiment stating that both partners in a monogamous relationship will end up sharing HPV whether they use protection or not and that a person is contagious whether they have warts or not.

I've also read that 90% of sexually active people will contract a strain of HPV in their life with 20% showing symptoms and chances of clearing it is 90% so some health professionals don't encourage infected people to disclose their HPV status.....

Has the sore been there for the whole 7 months or does it go? Is it a cluster or singular?

The one in my shaft is singular and has been there for the whole 7 months. The ones on my penis head are in groups. I recently got tested for STDs so I don't think it's herpes.
What was your encounter?
8 months ago with protected vaginal sex and 11 weeks ago with protected vaginal sex with a different person.
Why not get it biopsied? They numb the area so it isn't painful.

If it's a wart, it's unlikely to be from the encounter 8 months ago if it's been there for 8 months. The incubation period - the time from infection to symptoms - for warts is at least a month, with an average of 2 to 3 months. It can be much longer.

Getting it biopsied will likely be able to tell you what strain of HPV it is, if it is HPV, so you'll know if it's one of the strains covered by the vaccine.
