What can it be?

So on October 2, I had sex with this random girl I met at a club. This was protected sex with a condom. She gave me oral with the condom on, and vaginal sex with a condom as well. This happen in the car so it was very dark. The penetration was through her vagina and it only occurred for about a minute. I felt guilt for what I was doing and stopped took off the condom and left. A couple days later, around 6 days later a red rash with a bit of burning sensation appeared on the tip of my penis. The same day I went to the doctor and she ruled out herpes, because there weren't any sores or white pimple like things showing. So she provided a cream and within 2 days the rash was gone. It's been 12 days since and I feel like I've been loosing weight. Loss of appetite. And get hot flashes when I think something bad. I was also getting a lot of chills. My left testicle just recently looks really red and swollen. And the bottom of the penis head still burns a bit and looks red. I'm really scared for what this can be. I can't get off the internet because I'm looking for answers. And everything I see online I feel like I have. Can anyone tell me what can be going on. Thank you guys ahead of time.

You had protected vaginal sex and protected oral sex. There is no risk for anything. Guilt and anxiety is your problem.
