Red bump

I am 22 and sex with a girl who was in her 30's about 2 months ago. When I have sex I have a a single like red bump near the tip of my penis that gets red but goes away after an hour. I was wondering what this could be.

since you had unprotected sex, you should follow up with proper testing at the proper times. you can get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea anytime after 1 week post encounter. syphilis after 6 weeks. herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months. follow up with testing at the proper times to cover your bases properly.

if you continue to have symptoms, be seen promptly for proper follow up to try to figure out what is causing them.

What you describe is not STD related.   You usually do not get irritation from havinfg sex.   See a physician if you are concerned.  Always wear a condom if you are going to have sex with a person of unknown status.
