It basically means that you have high risk HPV, and a marker that means you have cells that could lead to the development of cervical cancer.

You need more testing. The next thing that will probably happen is a colposcopy. This is a simple thing where they look at your cervix with a big microscope thing, and will probably take some biopsies. It's uncomfortable, but not hideously painful. (I've had it done, and would tell you if it was.) You might feel some cramping, like a period.
What happens next depends on what they find on the colposcopy. The whole colpo procedure doesn't even take an hour, and is done at the gyno office.
