Risk for STDs

I've been a guy that stick to hygiene. But last year, I gave my first sex to a "friend" from Internet. She said she's my schoolmate but later I found she's not. Another guy told me that she had had sex with many guys.
I used a condom from her during vaginal sex but the condom didn't seem sound. Later I found the condom was overdue..... Also I received oral sex without protection....
These 2 months I went to massage parlors sometimes and received handjobs twice. And I'm afraid I could catch syphilis and HPVs or herpes.
I have had jock itch since 2 months ago which tortures me a lot.. I saw the doctor and tried many ointment but it doesn't work. I read something about opportunistic infections from the net and think my jock itch is very similar to its features.
Besides, recently I have had ulcers on my lips, and my lips and tongue got red and swollen, my teeth aches when I brush them, and there's some blood when I empty the bowels.
Does it have something to do with my behavior, am I transmitted by some diseases?

hand jobs are not a risk. it's your other sexual contact that you didn't properly cover the bases from.

Thank you very much.
Do I need to test syphilis and HSV since I received handjobs several times?
Is syphilis, HSV and hpv something I should worry? I want to know in what situation can I contract them via handjobs?

1.As u said, given I have no typical symptoms since the 10-month-ago issue, my HIV, syphilis tests mean I never contracted them, right?
2.I didn't test for chlamydia or gonorrhea, and did a wrong test for hsv, and there's no test for hpv for male. Can no symptoms for all of these mean I didn't contract them?

herpes igm testing was the absolutely wrong testing to get done :(  you wanted a type specific herpes igg blood test.

yes, anything you might've contracted a year ago was covered by the testing you had done ( I assume gonorrhea and chlamydia testing was in there too? )

Many thanks, grace
My intercourse issue(protected vaginal& UNprotectex oral sex) with the unknown status woman happened last year. Since I'm scared I tested HIV for 4 times(the last time was 7months post exposure), and tested syphilis prp and tppa 66 days post exposure, tested HSV-Igm 3 months post exposure. All of them are negative. So far I have no typical STD symptoms. Can the possibilities of catching any STD from my 10-months-ago-exposure be ruled out by now, given the tests and my description?
Plus, is handjos risk-free from syphilis, hsv and hpv for sure?

protected sex is a risk for syphilis, herpes and hpv.  none of them would be causing all the symptoms you've been having.

hand jobs are not a risk for std's.

unprotected oral is a risk for syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, hsv1 and hpv.

have you been tested for std's since you are concerned about them?

jock itch can be hard to clear up and keep gone. continue to follow up with a dermatologist as needed for your symptoms.

see your regular doctor for your mouth issues. you might even have a yeast issue orally as well as many other infections can cause your symptoms too.
