Did I catch anything from unprotected oral sex and kissing?

Hello and thanks in advance for taking the time to address my question.

My story is... I met this girl who I did not know very well but had been talking for about a month.  We did talk about the fact that both of us were supposedly clean (no STD's).  We did not have intercourse; only kissed several times (my concern here is that I bleed sometimes when I floss).  She performed oral sex on me for about 15 seconds, and I also sucked her nipple.

The same night I noticed a scratch on the skin of my penis, but this I'm pretty sure it was because she grabbed me pretty hard and she had long nails; however, the next morning I had two dots on the base of my penis (outside skin) that were about 1/8" in diameter, color was like pinkish.  These dots faded away on their own and of course have no idea what they are.

The following day (yesterday) I had a rash on the tip of my penis, no pain, no itching but it is noticeable.  I also have dry lips and a couple of bumps that hurt a little if I press on them; they are similar to the ones I get when I use peroxide when mouth washing.  Today, I still feel the discomfort on my lips and the rash is still there, sometimes I feel like itching but not sure if that's mental. I applied some hidrocortizone on the rash last night and today.  The rash doesn't seem to be growing and I have not seen any blisters there.  I am really concerned about HSV at this point.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

NO STDs show symptoms 2 days after the exposure. Your rashes and dry lips are probably caused by the physical action of kissing strongly and masturbating (if she used her hand strongly).

Receiving oral sex exposes you to gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes. But even if it exposes you to those ones, the risk is low.

You can test as follows:
-Syphilis, 6 weeks after the encounter, and if you get it negative, go for a second test 3 months after the encounter, as there are people who take longer to show a positive result.
-Gonorrhea, 3 weeks after the encounter.
-Herpes, 3 months after the encounter.

All the best.

Thanks a lot for your reply; it does bring some peace of mind.  As for the rash, after I kept applying the hydrocortizone 1% yesterday and today, I am happy to see that it is almost done, which suggests that it is the same rash that I have experienced in the past.

I will follow up with testing in the times as you suggested.

Thanks again.
The rash is almost gone*
