Risk of infection from penis shaft licking?

Recently I had an unprotected encounter with a girl from university. She licked the entire length of my shaft but I stopped her from licking the tip or head. She then proceeded to lick the area below my scrotum and just above my anus. There was no contact with my anus at all.

She then gave me a hand job and that was all.

I'm worried that the saliva on my shaft could have reached my penis opening, during the handjob she could have transferred the saliva from the shaft upwards. I'm also worried that the saliva near my anus could have made its way down to my anus. Is there a real risk of infection?

I've booked a full screening but I'm so anxious and worried. Recently I've had lower back and pelvic pain and some burning sensation on my foreskin/tip of penis.

Hand jobs aren't a risk. The licking? Possibly but not much. I would not worry unless you develop symptoms of something (a sore on your penis, for example) and then test if you notice something like this.

No real risk of anything here and doesnt require testing.
