STD/HIV fear after body to body massage

Hey Medhelp,

I just wanted to ask a question regarding an incident that took place roughly 8 days ago. I stupidly visited a massage parlour to receive a massage where the masseuse was fully nude and provided a body to body massage. She rubbed her skin against the back of my body when I was lying face down. Now I noticed that she also had piercings on a nipples as well which if I am unsure if it poses a risk of std/hiv being spread from the back of my skin. When I turned over she just stimulated my genitals with a handjob and release. I also had placed my fingers on the outside of her genitals for a brief 10 seconds or so, but did not place my fingers inside. Now my main concern is 4 days after the event I noticed that there was a thick clear/whitish discharge of some sort on my penis which felt sticky and almost resembled a sticky glue type of consistency. Now this was only a one time thing and I have not noticed anything so far. I panicked immediately and booked an an appointment with the doctors the next day and did a urine test for chlamydia and gonorrhea like he advised, and am still awaiting the results. I have also been experiencing a hot body temperature and nausea 3-4 days after the incident and having excessive anxiety about this whole occurrence. Although when I went to the GP he checked my temperature and said that my temperature was normal and had no fever. I am just worried sick and feel nauseated throughout the day and am not sure why I am experiencing my body temperature being so hot when the thermometer readings keep showing up fine and a general feeling of fatigue. I also woke up today morning sweating all over my body and panicking once again. I also feel extremely stupid about this incident and guilty throughout the whole day. I have seen many forums which say that this is a low risk activity but from my case is there a chance that I contracted something like an STD or even worst HIV, Hepititis, HSV or something else? She had also licked my nipples a few times during the massage and does that put me at risk for something? Does the fact that she had piercings on her body also put me at greater risk of contracting something from the back of my skin? I also did not have any vaginal fluids on my fingers as I only touched the outer part for a brief 10 seconds and did not feel any form of fluids on my fingers. Apart from this there was no penetrative anal, vaginal or oral intercourse at all. I also know that I could not have contracted anything from previous sexual encounters because there has been a gap of two years since and I have tested negative for all throughout my previous tests. She also took out a hot towel which she said was clean and sanitized and placed it over my body and was worried if some sort of bacteria or infection could thrive at such levels of warm temperature? I am also experiencing on and off symptoms of burning sensations on my penis tip during urination and some symptoms of stomach discomfort + diarrhea at times.

Based on what I have described have I put myself at risk for anything? I am worried sick and can't help the feeling of anxiety growing everyday because of this... Please advice thanks.

Regards,
Extremely panic stricken individual
