Huge mistake with stripper, am I being paranoid?

Hi, very worried and hoping someone can help. I visited a strip club last night and got a dance, things progressed and she ended up giving me oral sex and then brief vaginal penetration for less than 5 minutes (as I couldn't maintain sn erection). She then continued oral and a hand job, and I never ejaculated. Very worried I may have caught something? Am I being paranoid? Feeling very worried and nervous about it all. Worse decision I ever made

It's also worth adding that the following day, probably only a 12 hours after the incident (a good portion of which I was asleep), I started feeling a strange sensation on the end of my penis. Not sore just something not right. Also felt like I need to urinate more frequently.

A few hours after that I noticed my testicles were feeling a bit strange, sort of like they're too warm/ slight tender feeling. This has maintained up to now, and now have similar sensation on the side of my face and back of neck at times

What could this be or point toward?

One time exposure is generally low risk, but certainly see a doctor as soon as possible and be honest with him/her. They will have more idea about STD prevelance about the area you live in, and will be able to suggest what to do.

Thank you for the response, I will be  getting myself to a doctor a.s.a.p. really paranoid about it all and is stopping me sleeping.

The incident happened on holiday so local knowledge won't be available unfortunately.
