Chlamydia?

Hi there . I have a question about symptoms. I had an risky sexual intercourse 2 years ago. I tested for hiv, hepb and rpr 3 month later that came back neg. I got a question about chlamydia. I never see any symptoms until this day. But Last morning I saw some watery discharge which I don’t know if it was sleep wetting or pre cum or a discharge! Could it be chlamydia symptom and showed it self after 2 years. I should say I tested for U/A 2 month ago and my wbc was 2/3 hpf. Thanks ...

It's possible, in theory, but with a wbc of 2/3, it's not likely.

You should definitely see your doctor, though, if this continues.

Was your sexual contact unprotected vaginal or anal sex? Receiving unprotected oral sex? Those are the only ways you'd get chlamydia in your urethra.
