STD exposure from oral sex- TL

My spouse recently had an affair and confeesed to oral sex with the man ejaculating into her mouth, which she swallowed. My question is what if any concern is there  regarding HIV transmition or other STD's. The man is known to travel to 3rd world countries and his sexual history is unknown and unavailable.

HIV questions post in that forum please.

STD risk is low. She did have a risk for oral gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes. Like I said the overall risk is low but here are testing times.
Gonorrhea-throat swab-1 week
Herpes blood test-3-4 months
Syphilis blood test-6 weeks

Why would it be unrealistic?

You asked for STD exposure and I told you what she could be exposed to and the only way to know is to test.

If it has been 3 months since the incident happened would it be unrealistic to ask her to be tested for Gonorrehea, Herpes, and Syphilis?
