STD from 5 secs. mouth to genital contact?

A male I met and don't know gave me a hand job. He then licked my gland (penis head) and put his lips around it. I pulled him off. He was on my genital for about 4 to 5 seconds. Is it possible to get an STD from this even though it was very quick? I did not ejaculate in his mouth and he did not seem to have wounds/cuts in his mouth. Thanks for the help!
