Burning Urethra 1 Day Afrer Oral?

Three days ago a stripper gave me oral sex. It was brief, maybe 15 seconds, and it was only around the head of my penis.

The next day (about 16-20 hours after the event) I noticed a tingling feeling in the head of my penis. About 24 hours after that (so about 48 hours after the event), the feeling has turned into a constant burning feeling right at the tip. It's not painful to pee but otherwise hurts constantly.

Is it possible that I acquired an STD? And, if so, what is the most likely one?

If it's not an STD, what could it be?

I feel like experiencing symptoms so quickly is odd. But the pain is definitely real. I plan to see a doctor but I feel like it's too early for any meaningful tests to be done.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Hi no std shows symptoms the next day so its most likely an injury from the act itself also from what you describe it would be zero risk in the real world.

Thank you. Do you know what kind of injury might cause this pain?

There was no biting or anything like that. Like I said, I was very brief and hardly "vigorous."

Could there have been something in her mouth that would have irritated my urethra?
not sure what kind of injury but is not std related occuring the next day
