STD or Epidermoid cyst?

Ok So, I guess I'll just get straight to the point. Approximately ONE week ago I was at work when I noticed a bump on the bottom side of my penis as I went to urinate. At first I thought the worst, HSV or HPV but I recently have been tested and have been with no one new as I have been selebate, unfortunately. So this bump is about the size of a pencil eraser, not very big. Also it is hard, but also at the same time not like a rock, its pliable. I have done my research and looked @ pictures and read up on it and have been able to decypher it as probably a cyst of some kind. So in my research I found other types of cysts that I don't think it is. What should I do seeing as I do not have health insurance at this time? get a 1 month policy so I can go to the doctor? treat it myself?

Thanks. That's helpful.

Find a free clinic somewhere or go to your County Health Department and be seen there. And start writing letters to your legislators supporting nationalized health insurance if you are in the States. Go see SiCKO while you're at it.

You can't really treat something if you don't know what it is. "Playing doctor" on yourself is generally not a good idea anyway. If it concerns you, see a health care practitioner.
