You had a very similar post already. And received thorough answers. You should review previous posts before just asking the same things again.

For HIV, the only risks are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. NOTHING you post is a risk for HIV.

And the risks for sucking nipples, having nipples bit, kissing on anywhere on the body that you describe and a hand job are not risks for std's.
