Gastritis diarrhea
I have gastritis with diarrhea since 2 years after unprotected sex.I thought it's hiv .But my hiv and hepatitis antibody test always come negative Only CMV IgG positive.Doctor doesn't understand the cause and no medicine helping me.What can cause this problem ?
It's not an STD. That's not a symptom of any STD. Forget about the sex event and follow up with a gastro specialist.

Thank you for answer.I meet with gastroenterologist.She doesn't understand the reason.Because my CBC and other tests normal.Hiv specialist told hiv results conclusive.But this symptom like ongoing diarrhea they notice with many hiv positive persons.Even internal medicine doctor also told hiv can cause such problem but I am negative so it's not clearly understand the cause..when antibiotics are also no helpful..
You've been answered several times and unfortunately, we do not know why you have ongoing diarrhea. Please follow curfewX's advice and see a gastro specialist for further help.
