No, HPV lives on the skin, and dies quickly off the body. You won't get any STD this way.

However, this is not a good idea because if the woman has a yeast infection you could get oral thrush.

Jeez...
Mad thanks, I was worried to death. These 6 months were so rough, I mean I was thinking about committing suicide... I went to doctors, they checked and told everything was alright but I didn't tell them what I did! I was too ashamed you know... But, then again... I am very thankful to you..
But lastly can you tell me will that matter if I licked soiled panties of multiple women?
Just licking through the bikinis, thongs or whatever!!!
No, it doesn't change my answer. Even if you were actually performing oral sex on multiple women instead of licking their underwear, and got oral HPV, it probably wouldn't do much. Oral HPV doesn't give you oral warts, and oral cancers are rare.

However, is this a compulsion? It doesn't sound like it's good for you mentally, and I'd wonder where you are getting access to this many soiled panties. (You totally don't have to tell me.)

We all have kinks, and we don't kink shame here, but you were thinking of suicide. This is a sign that something isn't working for you. Please consider therapy. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.
And you're welcome :)
Well, thanks again...
That's all I can say!!
You're welcome :)
