Dear fellow volunteers, how high is my risk of infection

dear auntiejessi and all the volunteers.I am male, 21 days ago, I found a sex worker on the street who looked unhealthy in HK,(She seems to have lots of spots or rashes) and I did not ask her to have sex with me. But we masturbated and now I worry about getting venereal disease.(such as syphilis)
2. The sex worker gave me a condom and helped me put it on. I'm concerned that she has bleeding from a wound on her hand that contaminates the condom, or that the condom has been used by a previous person, or that the condom has been injected with a virus. This is exactly what worries me.
3. There is another situation, I have non-gonococcal urethritis ulcers and glans foreskin damage. I felt uncomfortable when doing this behavior and worried that it would increase the risk of infection.
Now sometimes I have a low fever and a little headache, and there are signs of swollen lymph nodes behind the ears and under the arms. I am very worried, hope you can give me an answer.

So first, hands do not transmit STDs while putting on condoms. Even if she had a bleeding wound that had an infection in it, you wouldn't get it. (And we know she didn't have a bleeding wound, or you'd have seen it.)

If she had a syphilis rash on her hands, the palms of her hands would have to come into direct contact with your penis and rub it. I'm sure that didn't happen, or she wouldn't have bothered to put a condom on you in the first place.

Are you getting your NGU treated? It's unusual to get ulcers from that. Are you sure that's what is causing it? Perhaps you have balanitis or something else.

An STD wouldn't cause swollen glands in the head or neck area unless you had one orally, and you wouldn't get it orally unless you gave oral sex. We are generally really bad at diagnosing our own swollen glands. Has a doctor told you that you have swollen glands? What is your actual low fever? Could it be from the NGU?

You had no risk here. It sounds like you have anxiety, and staying away from sex workers is a good idea, and getting a second opinion on your NGU is a good idea.

1.Sorry, I didn't look at his hands, and I don't know if there are bleeding wounds. I was worried about the process of her hand touching the condom and helping me put it on. And worried that the condoms she provided had the bad things I said. I was very worried about contracting STDs like AIDS and syphilis.

2.In fact, my urethral inflammation has been going on for a long time. But I didn't go to the doctor and didn't care about it. The urethral tube sometimes hurts and itches when pinched. What I saw when I opened the urethra was not an ulcer, but some white ulcer-like lumps under the skin. It hurts to the touch, but it is not a raised genital wart. I'm worried that this will increase my chances of contracting an STD this time. Low-grade fever is a self-feeling. Sometimes the forehead will be very hot and the head will feel a little uncomfortable, and sometimes it is normal. (The body temperature was not measured) I also feel that the lymph nodes are swollen, but only the right axillary lymph nodes look swollen, and I feel that they are larger than the left one. There is no feeling of swollen lymph nodes in the neck. Thank you very much for your answer.
The urethral inflammation I'm describing came from unhygienic condom sex a year ago, but I didn't go to the hospital to test the urethra and let it go. I only had condom sex a year ago, and this handjob.
It is normal for other STDs to be tested before my handjob, except for this urethra, which I did not test. I am worried that through this handjob, I may contract other serious diseases.
I am very much looking forward to and thank you for your enthusiastic answer.
1 - Condoms don't carry infections. It is virtually impossible to use a condom again. Get one, unroll it, and try to put it on. Won't happen.

2 - Go to the doctor for your urethra. NGU is an infection inside the urethra. I don't know if you have it or not, or if what you are seeing is normal. A doctor can tell you.

3 - Again, condoms are not unhygenic. If you are so worried about condoms, get your own and use them. Make sure they are latex condoms, and carry one with you at all times.

4 - It is not normal for STDs to be tested for before handjobs. The only STDs that can be transmitted by handjobs are syphilis ONLY if the person has a syphilis rash on their palms, and syphilis is uncommon in the UK (and other developed countries, and herpes on the fingers. This is also uncommon and very painful. Someone who has an outbreak will not be giving you a handjob.

5 - It sounds like you have a lot of anxiety. Do you see a therapist? It's probably a good idea for you to do that.

Oh and also - you've had something you think is wrong with your body - an infection in your urethra for A YEAR. Go to the doctor.
okay, thank you. The test I'm talking about is to make sure I don't have a blood disease. It was done before. I took pictures of the urethral problem and showed it to the doctor, but he felt that the appearance was fine, but the symptoms should be urethritis, and I will solve it. Not in the UK, but in Hong Kong, but I really didn't pay attention to whether it had a rash or cuts on its hands. This is my last question, Aunt Jessie. They say the glans is broken or injured and urethritis may be infected by handjob? So based on these circumstances, am I at risk of contracting any disease during this activity? (including AIDS or syphilis)
Sorry for the wrong translation. They said the glans was broken or injured, and that I had a urethritis and could have contracted something. So based on my situation, is it possible for me to be infected with any sexually transmitted diseases (including AIDS, syphilis, etc.)
As far as my behavior is concerned this time.

This has been answered several times. NO. You used a condom and had no risk.

You had NO RISK.

Your doctor said the glans was broken, or that everything looked fine? It can't be both.

In any case, that's something to be addressed with your doctor. You had NO RISK for any STDs or HIV. You did not get a blood disease from a handjob. YOU ARE FINE.
