Inflamed& painful tip of urethra, and meatus

After having sex with a girl, 3 days later I felt this pain in tip of penis, went to the doctors took the two pills to cure chaymida and gonorrhoea, and also had bloods, and urine samples taken before taking antibiotics
This was 4 months ago.
I've had alot of different antibiotics since then doxycline, the jab in the butt taken with 1 pill, not sure what that was called
After seeing my urologist 3 weeks ago I had the camera go up and everything was healthy, and she told me it's just physiological, but I swear this is painful throughout the whole day, especially after urination the pain can rapidly increase and linger for hours feels like my ureatha is swollen, even though its not(camera) sometimes looks red around lips of meatus,, im unsure what to do, I have had in the first 3 months about 4 blood tests,8 urine tests done all come back negative also taken uti sups from chemist and also a round of antibiotics for possible uti.

Has a doctor seen the swelling? Do they see the swelling?

Make sure you are hydrated. Being dehydrated can cause a lot of symptoms. Drink plenty of water, avoid caffeine and alcohol. Do that for a few days and see how you feel.

I feel like the swelling Is on and off, she did take a look yes and she said it looked normal, I also drink lots of water, and don't drink alcohol,
I also took two viagra, I was pretty dam drunk, and I think maybe perhaps the viagra has done some damage??
It seems to be pain in just the tip of the ureathal opening, and really plays up when I'm sitting down, maybe something to do with veins, blood?. But really comes on after I urinate
I don't know about Viagra doing damage, and that's not an STD concern.

If it happens more when you are sitting down, and after you urinate, it sounds more like prostate issues. You said you had the camera? Did your doctor mention the prostate?

Continue to work with your doctor. This is not an STD concern. I see you posted in the urology forum. Maybe post your own question there, and see if anyone can help.
