STI or anxiety?

I will preface this by saying I believe this is mostly anxiety, but I will share my question anyway..

2 weeks ago I received unprotected oral sex with a woman I know casually. I do not know her sexual history but do not believe she is one who "gets around."

That same night and the next morning, I started feeling some irritation in my urethra near the base of the penis. That irritation went away after a couple days. Since then, I've had some groin pain/soreness and dull throbbing pain in my testicles, and almost like a burning muscular pain in my thighs, like after a workout, and some pain in my lower abdomen.

No burning when urinating, and no discharge that I can tell.

I'm thinking getting a full STD panel might settle my nerves. Is there anything in particular I should be testing for aside from Chlamydia/Gonorrhea?

You wouldn't get symptoms of any STI the same day or even the next. The absolute minimum is 2 days. For gonorrhea and chlamydia, it's usually at least a week.

The only STIs you're at risk for are gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis and genital hsv1 if you don't already have hsv1.

Syphilis is uncommon in most developed countries.

You can test for gon and chlam at 5-7 days, but I wouldn't overly worry about it. Oral is less risky than vaginal or anal.
