You don't need to do any more STD tests.

Have they checked your prostate? What did they say of the lump? That isn't caused by an STD, though.

Your leg and feet symptoms may be caused by something different than what is causing the WBCs. Make sure they check your back and hips, too. You might have a pinched nerve or something.

Thanks @auntiejessi,
Have they checked your prostate? No will check soon
What did they say of the lump? I had been to many hospitals but nobody say what it's and all are say it's normal and now i don't have any pain
I have done with MRI scan and found the nerve roots are compression and D5 - D11 vertebral bodies are Hemangiomas
I'm worrying about herpes in nerves meningitis
Can you i do CSF test for HSV/EBV/CMV
Note: I don't have any genital lesions and oral lesions but i have throat infection
Oh no, you don't need any CSF testing. That's horribly invasive and you have no reason for it. Your IgG was negative, and your MRI found things that can explain your symptoms.

You had protected oral sex. The risk from that is incredibly low. I have no idea why it has sent you into this spiral, but a CSF test is absolutely unnecessary from this act alone.

There are blood tests for EBV and CMV. If you think you may have those, start with blood tests. You can get EBV from the air, so if you have that, you'll never know if it was from this encounter or from someone at the store or work or wherever. CMV usually doesn't require treatment in adults, and in the US, half of adults are infected by age 40. It's not something to panic about unless you have an actual compromised immune system - either with cancer, lupus, etc.

You don't have a risk here for all these tests. Your MRI results explain your symptoms. Work with your doctors to determine if you need treatment for those findings - they are not STDs, so I can't advise you on those.

Thank you so much @auntiejessi for quick reply,
Since 10 days I'm taking tablets but no improvement in my Symptoms. So,
I'm depressed with my symptoms and read lot of thing in the net about STD,
So i'm confused and depressed
Thanks for valuable response, will work with my doc
Thanks once again
And one more question,
Yesterday I had been to urologist and showed all std test reports and my UTI report as well but he’s not concerned about my WBC 8-10 and asked to take more water so that it’ll be cured and dined to give antibiotics, prescribed multi vitamin tablets for month
Am I wrong diagnosised?
What tablets are you taking? What is the name of them?

8-10 WBC is high enough for an infection, but it could be from other things, too. You have no STD.

What tablets are you taking? What is the name of them?  Taurine and ginseng extract tablets and Amoxicillin

Today I have done with UTI test again and WBC 4-6 but still i have mild burning sensation,
If I get stressed felling more burning sensation in pennis
I'm totally depressed, I never had this kind of symptoms in my hole life.
Can i trust this STD reports coz these are antibody tests. Since childhood i'm weak and under weight person (immunocompromised person),
So i'm think antibody are taking more time produce
Can you please suggest me for more accurate and sensitive
Thanks
Amoxicillin is an antibiotic. Are you still taking it?

Being "weak" and underweight doesn't make you immunocompromised. Having an illness like AIDS or being on cancer treatment, taking anti-rejection meds after getting an organ transplant, etc. - those make you immunocompromised.

It doesn't matter what the STD test results say because you had no risk for the STDs that would increase your WBC count. You wore a condom. You couldn't get gonorrhea, chlamydia or NGU. It's not possible. Were you given any urine tests for the STDs?

Your MRI gave you an explanation for why you have the symptoms in your legs.

Who gave you the amoxicillin? Is that something you are taking on your own, or did a doctor give you that?

I met almost 10 urologist doctors one doctor gave me Amoxicillin and another doctor dined to give antibiotics asked to drink more water.
Are you still taking it? Yes
Were you given any urine tests for the STDs? No I haven't give any urine test, gave only blood tests, Do i need to give any urine tests
I have tested chlamydia  and it's negative but I'm worrying about HSV infection
Since 4 months Daily i'm taking At Least one antibiotic tablet, does it have any effect on my STD antibody test results
And why WBC count is changed to 4-6 but still have little burning felling
I'm from India do have India STD statistics
Thanks AJ
This is not an HSV infection. You'd either have blisters on your genitals, or if you had internal sores, urinating would be so painful, you'd be screaming at the doctor. You'd also test positive.

The amoxicillin might be causing your increased WBC count. It can cause inflammation. Why are you taking it? Did you test positive for a bacteria?

Antibody tests wouldn't be affected by antibiotics.

You've been to 10 urologists? How many times has your urine been tested and you've had WBCs?

Is all this because you think you have an STD? Did you go because you had burning? Do you drink a lot of caffeine? Alcohol? Cut those out or way back, increase your water, and see if that helps.

YOU DO NOT HAVE AN STD.

I don't have access to India STD stats, but it doesn't matter, because YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE.

Is anxiety an issue for you? It seems like it might be. Talk to your doctor about that, and see a counselor.

How many times has your urine been tested and you've had WBCs? All the times came normal but recent test came 8-10 after three days tested again this time it's 4-6
Did you go because you had burning ? --> Yes
Do you drink a lot of caffeine? Alcohol?  --> Daily one coffee

Actually,After exposure I got small lump inside of my left testical and lump nodes in groin are swollen.
Then i met one urologists and asked me do scrotum UT Scan, CBC and UTI tests all came normal, So he prescribed antibiotics for 10 days for  testical lump and lump nodes in groin but not use they didn't go off
After 10 days I met another urologists same thing repeated but no luck.
Finally i got leg numbness and tingling problem then I met neurologist and explained my sexual act to him, so for safer side he prescribed doxycycline with nerve problem medicine, and at that time i was in the vacation while taking this medicine i got mild burning felling and increased urine as well
Then i met urologist this time we have done only UTI test in that my WBC were 8-10 and he gave Amoxicillin
After that i'm another  urologist he gave me Taurine and ginseng extract tablets
After three days i have done UTI test again now my WBC is 4-6 is it normal ?

Above is the hole story
Can you please suggest me.
I'm about to get marry and Yes i don't have anything but if i have anything i don't wanna pass this to others knowingly or unknowingly
@AJ
I have seen lot post in this website related HSV+nerve pain
I'm freaked out even i have same symptoms
I never had nerve pain before this act and my grion lump nodes are never swalloen and Urine burnning feeling too
Can you please help me
One More Question
Which test is more accurate HSV PCR blood test or HSV Igg/ Igm antibody test
Listen to me.

You do not have an STD. You were given antibiotics for no reason. Perhaps some of the medication you are taking is causing this, or something else, but it isn't an STD.

WBC 4-6 isn't usually enough to be treated, and you going to all these different doctors means you aren't getting consistent care.

Stick with one doctor to get the best care - just pick the one you like best and stick with that one, and be honest about everything, and go from there.

Antibiotics are given for bacterial infections, and you had no risk for any bacterial STD like gonorrhea or chlamydia, and whatever is happening, it is NOT AN STD. Continue to work with your doctor about your symptoms, but it is NOT AN STD CONCERN.

You don't need a herpes test from this. If you want one generally, get the IgG - do not get the IgM.

But you do NOT NEED ONE.

@AJ
But here lot of people are talking about HSV and nerve pain
Even i have same symptoms but i don't have these nerve related issues earlier
People with hsv nerve pain get it when they have blisters. You don't have blisters. Your MRI explains your nerve pain.

You don't have herpes nerve pain.
THANKS @AJ
Hope I don't have HSV
You have been advised that you had extremely low risk for HSV and any STDs, and you have negative test results to prove that you didn't get anything from this event.  There is nothing further for our members to say.
