Saliva on hand for fingering - STI risk

Hi

I really need some help here, I received hand Job from a ladyboy in Thailand yesterday. While giving it, she spat on her fingers and tried inserting the finger in my anus, I stopped her but i think some spit must have touched outer region of anus. She then cleaned her hand with towel and briefly inserted finger a little bit in my anus. Within an hour I took 200mg doxycycline as i read somewhere that it helps. Can you please, If there is a risk of any STI. Will taking doxycycline for more days help, if yes then how much and how many days.
Thanks

There is no risk here. You don't need to take the doxy.

To get an STI, you need to have oral, vaginal or anal sex. With oral sex, it's not the saliva that's a concern, but the exposure to the throat. If your penis goes into a throat, it is exposed to whatever germs reside there. STIs reside in the throat.

Oral sex on a vagina is a lot lower risk than oral sex on a penis because nothing goes into the throat.

Even if something has a risk - this did not - a few seconds or a brief touch isn't going to be enough time to transmit anything.

Also, the term is transgender. not ladyboy.

The doxy you took, though - it's called DoxyPEP, post exposure prophylaxis. It's a new thing, and can work to prevent syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia in people who were assigned male at birth. (It does not work in people who were assigned female at birth.) It needs to be taken within 3 days of the exposure.

Think of it as the morning after pill, but for certain STIs.

You should only take it after an actual risk, because resistance can develop, and you should still do your regular testing.

That's all just for information - you had no risk here. :)

Thanks for your reply,  really appreciate it. I am sorry for bothering you but one followup question is that when she inserted tower cleaned,  not washed,  finger in my anus, I think her saliva was still on my anal ring,  if this went inside my anus during fingering then is it a danger. Finger must have been inside only a 1 or 2 cm max for not more than 20-30 seconds, she had nails on her finger too. Is this still fine.
Kind Regards
Sorry missed one point, she tried to kiss me but my mouth was tightly shut and I moved it away immediately,  though her lips did touch mine for less than a second,  then she kissed me on cheeks and nipples. Also I had touched her penis a few times and once touched my penis, shaft only.  I have no information about her disease history, if she has any sores or anything in her mouth,  there was nothing noticeable on her hands though. This is the additional informationI want to share for your kind analysis.
Regards
That information really didn't add a bit of risk to your exposure. Please read AuntJessie's post again. You had no risk.
