This is not to ask about a recent exposure but rather to investigate about an old encounter. About a decade ago I had sex with a CSW (protected vaginal and oral), sadly I contracted warts from her but got healed at the time.
I must also say I performed oral on her (cunnilingus), I remember the next morning I spitted blood when I wok up and that kept happening for a month or two until gradually stopped. The weather was extremely cold (-10 Celsius to -30 Celsius) during that time. Also a strange whitish awfully smelly crumble substance came out of my throat. 10 years later I experience this again, namely the blood, although not a big amount of it, just a dry throat and a slight blood while spitting in the morning (also during winter) however, the winter in my region is much warmer (5 Celsius) than what is at the first place where I had the encounter a decade ago. I do not drink nor smoke (I tried them once or twice but I'm certainly not a smoker or drinker by any means). I eat healthy too practice light sports whenever possible. Briefly, I had this blood thing twice or thrice maximum during 10-year period, all in winter. Is there an explanation for it?
Something that happens the next day isn't related to an STD. I think you know this.
I don't know why you do this. Dry air inside if you have heat indoors? Allergies? Medications? Allergies?
Three times in 10 years isn't alarming, but see your doctor for it.
Not everything is related to an STD.
