Herpes sores

Hi , i have a schedualed doctors appointment but its not for a few weeks; i had unprotected sex with a man twice and didnt notice anything, then i started dating another man a month later and about a week later after our first time having sex i had flu like symtoms for one day, that night i noticed a red bump. the next day there was two 'broken bumps' lesions not close together. they did not hurt at all . i have had them for two weeks now, and have a lot of discharge; to the point of having to wear a tampon/pantyliner . i havent noticed a difference in color or smell until recently which is a slight green color with a very faint pungent smell. the sores are still 'open' but dont bother me much at all. the first guy i had sex with said he was clean, but i noticed these tags on his anus but thought they were just skin tags; the guy im dating said he had ringworm on his lower back; i dont know if that relates to this at all. but the second time we had sex  i bruised his penis extremely bad ; nothing hurt extremely bad for either of us during sex . so can anyone help me? im thinking either its syphilis because of the skin tags is a secondary condition; or trichomis because of the 'ringworm' which can be mistaken . but i have the symptoms of herpes . please help me.

Hi of course only testing would confirm but greenish discharge is a symptom of trich. As for the red spots, this would be a concern for herpes as you did have a fever also but also with a discharge, these type of sores can develop as a result of the yeast infection as are fungal related.. As for herpes sores, when the first one opens it spreads the virus to the immediate surrounding area in a cluster type grouping but this is not written in stone. It may not be herpes as the sores should be close together.

I would rule out syphilis as the red dots are not consistant with a canker syphilis sore
