Some advice and help from the community, please

Hi, I am now 6 weeks from encounter which I think put me at risk. I went to a massage parlour in Spain and received a massage but my penis rubbed her labia a little (I think, I was drunk), no penetrative sex. I didn't want sex, I actually just wanted a massage. I am a married man and not someone who does this on a whim. Within a week I felt like I needed to pass urine more and my penis was painful. I tested negative for Chlamydia and Gonnorhea at day 10, 14, 21 and 30. I tested negative for Men, HIV and Syphilis at day 21. I was given a 14 day course of Doxycycline at day 10. I am worried as the symptoms haven't gone away much and I get pains in my testicles and at the tip of my penis. I do get a clear discharge but only first thing in the morning and rarely (and it isn't much). I am worried that my MGen test at day 21 would be false negative due to the Doxycycline? Also, I had a swab looked at at day 30 which was clear, the GUM/STI Doctor said there was no sign of infection. However, I am worried about the false negatives for MGen - should I keep testing? Last week I has painful anus for 10 days but again the Dr said this is not linked as rectal symptoms are not linked to penile MGen unless I has anal sex. I am worried here. Could the stress and anxiety be leading to these penile and testicle/lower abdominal pain and night sweats? I am not sure where to go from here to be honest. I feel something is wrong, but the medics tell me it is 'Highly Unlikely' - this may be true but there is a real pain and Highly Unlikely won't help me if I pass it to my wife. I am UK based. Thanks all.

You had very little risk since there was no penetration.

You wouldn't get gon, chlamydia, MGen, HIV, hep B, trich, or NGU from this. That requires penetration.

The chance for syphilis, herpes and HPV is very, very, very low. If it was a brief touch, like a brush against her vagina, there is no risk.

Either this is all anxiety or something else entirely is going on.

Pain at the tip of your penis and in your testicles could indicate prostatitis. It could also be from dehydration.

Increase your water, decrease or cut out alcohol and caffeine, and see how you feel. If it doesn't improve, see a urologist.

Guilt does not equal risk.
