Statistical risks of STDs?

Hi, I know that risk of contracting STD's while using protection is low, and that the risk of contracting HIV while protected is basically non-existent, but I am wondering specifically about the following...What are the STATISTICAL chances of receiving an STD such as HPV or Herpes in the following scenarios:

1) Male receives oral sex while wearing a condom
2) Male has sex with a female while wearing a condom
3) Male kisses a female on the lips (specifically herpes?)
4) Male performs oral sex on a female without dental dam

I have already searched the forums thoroughly, and am aware of the general risk levels, but I am interested in accurate statistics on these issues (i.e. 1% chance of receiving HPV from an infected female by a protected male). Do any such statistics exist? Or even estimates?

Thank you.

No I can't give any kind of percentage. All is no risk basically nothing to worry about.

I see.... But for #1 and #4, is it fair to say the risk is basically insignificant? I know that theoretically it is possible to still receive STDs in these acts, but practically speaking, is the likelihood higher than 1%? I understand that you cannot make a firm judgement, but even an inclination is helpful. Thank you!

No exact numbers are out there. Almost impossible to but numbers to risk.
