Hello dr,
One month back i had a unprotected only oral sex from a massage centre, after i got uti and buring sensations on the penis. But no sore and discharge/blood. I consulted with dr and did urin culture / ultra sound and cbc test. All comes normal and gave some antibiotics . I have some back pain and tiredness after one month also.. and uti wont go till now. Iam very anxious and scared. Am still worrying and is it any serious problems?? Kindly reply and advise.

Yes i said everything to doctor and tested physically my private part. Yesterday i went again to doctor tested again and said not sti. Dr proscribed another antibiotics and tests likr urin culture, sugar test and creatine level.

Okay, so you need to find out exactly what tests were done. There are general urine cultures that can look for urinary tract infections but will not find STIs.
You need to find out if they did gonorrhea, chlamydia, NGU, mycoplasma, etc., testing.

Did the doctor do any STI testing? Did you tell the doctor you were concerned about that and that you had received oral sex?
Regular urine testing won't find STIs. You need to have specific tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia.
