Protected oral and vaginal at massage parlor

Hello. This is my first time on here. Today I made a horrible mistake at a massage parlor. I went in with only the intention to get a massage and maybe a handjob. After the flip the lady began licking me all over and then proceeded to put a condom on my penis with her mouth. I wanted to stop but was too weak to say stop. She performed with her mouth for maybe a minute or two and then told me to get on top of her. I did not want to but I began having vaginal sex with her but after maybe 10 strokes I stopped and ended the session. What are my chances of contracting an std such as hiv or gonorrhea or any other std. Thank you . I am very anxious and scared.

Condom is no risk for some and low risk for others. Personally do not worry.

No risk for which ones?
No risk for gonorrhea, chlamydia and NGU. Very low risk for syphilis and genital herpes type 1. If you already have oral herpes type 1, it's no risk.

Most experts think that one oral sex encounter, protected or unprotected, doesn't warrant testing unless you get symptoms. I wouldn't worry about it.
Also, no risk for HIV.
Thank you! I'm just so scared and regretful of my actions. I know I have a phobia about things like this, just need some reassurance about it
