Syphilis concern, very worried

I had a protected sex with a CSW 14days ago. I only had a viganel sex for 10-20 seconds and then I ask her to change to handjob (all with condom) because I was really afraid of getting any of STIs. However, after all done, I’m still scared of STIs, especially for syphilis, I went to clinic for a test today, and it came back with all negative, I just want to know if the 14 day’s results are reliable, please advise, thank you.

Greetings.
Syphilis tests are not reliable at all at 14 days, but that is not a problem for you.
Protected vaginal intercourse poses very low risk for syphilis. There are too many factors to lower the risk to minimal numbers. A very short encounter like yours makes it even lower. Handjob poses no risk at all. You shouldn't worry at all and there is no need to retest.
If you develop any visible skin lesions on your pubic region or on the base of your penis shaft, you may retest at 6 weeks, but the test results will be negative.

Thank you so much for the response, the reason why I went to test was because I found a few red stuff on my penis, in the middle of the penis, it looks like rashes, but when I touch it, can’t feel anything, and it’s not very firm and round… however, even if it’s not like a sore like internet shows, but it still freaks me out, so I went to clinic for a test.
Primary syphilis lesion isn't always round or firm but it never looks like "rashes". Descriptions are unreliable: if you are concerned you may need to show your penis rash to your doctor, but it is unlikely syphilis-related. Your risk was too low to worry.
