The only way I can answer this is:
Do you ever lose control at work and enjoy it so much that you ever forget all your rules and regulations and procedures?
A sex worker losing control and wanting you beyond reason is a great fantasy, but this is work for them. It's not to say they don't find you attractive or desirable - maybe they do - but this is how they earn a living. It relies on them remaining disease free, and not transmitting diseases.
