Extremely worried

Approximately 20 days ago I had protected oral (receiving) and vaginal intercourse with a stripper. The condom remained intact throughout intercourse and the stripper didn't handle my penis without a condom. I haven't had any symptoms since contact with the stripper, no sores, bumps, or abrasions, I haven't had bad odor secretions or burning during urination. However Eight days after my ill advised encounter with the stripper I had unprotected anal sex with my wife of ten years, the day after the anal sex I developed a feeling of fullness in my urethra,it's weird but it's the only way I can describe the feeling, it's not painful or itchy it just feels full; if that makes any sense? I have been very stressed about this situation,I just feel terrible that I might have gotten something  and more importantly that I might have given something to my wife.
I have been very stressed about this situation as I don't want a night of stupidity to ruin 10 years of marriage. I have been obsessing over my genitals and overall health these last few days, I have literally been going over my body with a fine toothed comb every morning before my Daily shower. Since the anal sex I have seized sex with my wife. I have been very worried and frankly I'm freaking out a little. What I want to ask  is if the sensation in my urethra has any merits and is truly a cause for preoccupation or can it be caused by the incredibly high levels of stress and anxiety that I have experienced since my stupid encounter?

1.am I at risk of contracting something?
2.should I tell my wife?
3. What are the possibilities it have something?

Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to reply.

Something one of the docs on the expert forum (before it closed down) used to say is that when someone thinks his own symptoms come from anxiety, theyre usually right.

Thank you for the prompt response,I  greatly appreciate it.  I gather that the current feeling of fullness in my urethra can be chucked up to my anxiety? Thanks once again HowardH I really appreciate your response.

1) This was a very low risk exposure -- no risk for most STDs and minimal risk for herpes or HPV.  Absence of symptoms after 20 days is additional reassurance.

2) No need, in my opinion.

3) Virtually zero.
