Can signs of a STD show up within 24 hours? Please help.

I know it wasn't smart but Monday night around 8pm I hooked up with this guy and we didn't use protection. I woke up Tuesday morning around 10am and noticed I was itchy down there. I took a mirror and there was a lot of thick white discharge, and there was some bumps around my vag hole. It itches maybe half to 3/4 of the day. It's now Thursday morning and it isn't gone, nor is it getting any worse. Could it be a STD or is it too early to show symptoms? Maybe it's an allergic reaction or a yeast infection? Please help.

Okay thank you I guess I'll wait a week or so and see if it changes any. I'm glad it's not seeming like an std

Hi yes as takes about a week for std symptoms to appear and also a bit to soon for yeast, maybe just a natural foam from friction.

What about the couple bumps though? They don't hurt or get bothered when I touch them.
