Std concerns, fatigue

Is it possible to have soreness on the penjs a few days after sex if it's too rough and lasted too long, particularly when it was my first time?
Also, I've been feeling quite fatigued, could it be because I've not been sleeping well and was stressed constantly about getting std?
What is my chances of getting any std if I had protected vaginal sex but unprotected oral sex?

Hi yes it could get sore as is a muscle and protected sex is is very low risk for exterior std like herpes and syphilis and zero for gono and chlamydia. The unprotected oral is really not any real risk either.
