Unprotected oral sex male with female

Dear Doc. H. Hunter Handsfield, M.D.
I am living in Malaysia and here they practice condom for penetration, but the woman ask you to go down on her, without protection. This is a common thing and their true believe. You also have to consider that married men are prone to meet up with prostitutes and or have multiple mistresses safe or not I do not know. So if I have an encounter with a 42 year old house wife there is an obvious risk. I am single male 50 year young.
Secondly I would like to ask if the risk increases if you do swallow some of the woman urine?
You have earlier stated below statements, which talks about the subject but not in an exact way or in a way that you can make a decision on.
In general oral sex is safe sex; not perfectly so, but much less likely that vaginal or anal sex to result in STD transmission. The risk is especially low for the penile partner exposed to another person's mouth.
Most STD and public health experts do not routinely recommend condoms for oral sex

Third question. I have Herpes type 2, I haven´t had any outbreak for the last 15 years. Now I read on the internet that I still can pass this on to a future partner without having an outbreak?
Your answer is highly appreciated.
Best Regards
Max

You probably aren't swallowing urine, but if you were, its probably not harmful.  You are most likely swallowing her vaginal secretions, which her body produces during the arousal state.

Yes, you can still pass hsv2 to another person without an outbreak present.  This is called asymptomatic viral shedding, and you can read more about it in the herpes handbook at www.westoverheights.com
