Unprotected oralsex - balls aching

Hi, 28 year old male here.
I recived unprotected oral sex from a thai masseus, she deepthroated me for about 2 mins, then jerked me off with some oil or something. 4 days later I had sex with another girl, no symptoms had occured yet.
Day 5 I think I noticed something feeling a little wet down there, what I find is a very small amount of clear/transparent discharge, a little "sticky" kinda similar to precum.

Few days later my balls starts to ache, but im not sure if theres any more discharge (not visible atleast but the amount i found was very small in the first place), but yeah instead the balls are aching.

I did a pee test for chlamydia and Mycoplasma genitalium, they came back negetive.

This test did not include gonorrhea so I did another pee test for both chlamydia and gonorrhea, I have not recived results of this one yet.
What is this most likely to be? Gonn or are we talking NGU here?

Also, I have tried to find out what the transmission rate is for these type of things, the girl i had sex with was unprotected, and i came inside of her (while I dont have any sympthoms) but I know you can still transmit even if ur symptomless. Question is just, how high is the risk for that?

Thanks in advance!

/Rob

Hi Rob discharges from an std infection would be white puss not clear as there is mucus inside the urethra and milking it would surely come out. The aching balls is amost certainly from banging from the deep throat.

Update, i'm now on day 4 of the doxycykline and symptoms seem to tone down.
Haven't got the test results back from the gonorrhea test yet.

Doxycykline would work against some of the NGU's isent that so?
As mentioned earlier, test came back negative for chlamydia and mycoplasma.

Hey Dave and thanks for your reply.

The aching balls and scrotum area must be caused by something, and also why would it come 5 days later? it was not a very rough blowjob or anything like that.

Also I have dose of 16 doxys at home, should I start to take those even if I have not gotten the results from gonorrhea? Would those clear up an NGU?

Thanks in advance / Rob
