Unprotected sex and white mildly painful pimples on scrotum

I had unprotected sex months ago with unknown status girl. Since then i have had mild folliculistis on my scalp and face, 1 boil under my belly button, HIV rapid fingerprick test came out negative after 3 months. Recently noticed these small whitish pimples in huge amount on my scrotum area, especially at the base of penis shaft and testicles. They look more white than they looked in the photo below, please help

We dont discuss hiv from symptoms only testing and topical irritations in the area of std,s could be herpes or syphilis related

hi, topical irritations what have white heads would indicate pimples.

It doesnt feel like pimple to me, any chance of folliculistis caused by undetected hiv? Or other STDs.
